Plan events inside a project
Create an event, schedule it within the project dates, and find your way around the event page.
An event is one occasion inside a project — a forum day, a workshop evening — and you create it on the project page with New event. Its dates must fall within the project's dates.
Create an event
- On the Projects page, open your project.
- In the top right, click New event.
- Enter an Event name.
- Pick a Start date and an End date. The allowed range — the project's dates — is shown under the fields.
- Click Create event. The event appears as a card on the project page.
Events don't have to be created one at a time. When you describe a whole structure to the Co-Pilot — a project with its events and sessions — it sets everything up in one go after you approve. See Ask the Co-Pilot instead of clicking.
The event page
Open an event card to see everything that happens at that occasion. Each session — a block like a breakout round or a plenary — appears as its own card with its format and how many of its discussions are done.
From the header you can:
- Click New session to add a session block — see Sessions and session formats.
- Click Invite participants to create invite links and QR codes for guests.
- Click Open monitor to follow recordings across the whole event live.
- Click the gear icon to open Edit event and change the name, dates or description.
Move or delete an event
On the project page, each event card has a ⋯ menu with Edit, Move and Delete. Move transfers the event — with all its sessions and discussions — to another project. Delete removes the event and everything inside it, permanently.
