Three ways to capture a discussion
Record live, upload existing files, or let guests record on their own phones — and when each option fits best.
deliberAIde captures discussions in three ways: record live yourself, upload existing recordings or transcripts, or invite guests to record on their own phones. All three start under Quick actions in the sidebar, and all three end the same way — a searchable transcript the Co-Pilot can quote, summarize and analyze.
Record live yourself
Click Record discussion to create a discussion and record it from your own device. Choose this when you are part of the conversation — an interview, a workshop, a team meeting. You see the transcript grow while people speak, so you notice immediately if something isn't being captured. Upload files or transcripts
Click Upload discussions to bring in material that already exists: audio from a voice recorder app, or transcripts exported from video calls. Choose this when the discussion already happened — or when you had no internet at the venue and recorded offline.

Invite guests to record
Click Invite participants to create invite links and QR codes. Guests open the link on their own phones and record their table themselves — no account and no app needed. Choose this for in-person events with several parallel groups: every table captures itself while you stay free to run the event.

Where your captures land
Discussions created through these quick actions appear under Quick sessions in the sidebar. Review them there and assign them to a project whenever you are ready.
