Templates: consistent documents and dashboards

Blueprints tied to an artifact type, so every new document or dashboard starts from your structure.

A template is a blueprint linked to a specific artifact type: pick it and the Co-Pilot creates a new artifact in exactly that format. In the + menu, a badge on each template shows what it produces — a document, a dashboard, a plan. The Co-Pilot fills the structure with real content from your discussions, not empty placeholders.

When a template earns its place

Your team analyses every consultation with the same dashboard: the same tag categories, the same breakdown, the same order. Built by hand, each new dashboard comes out a little different — and results stop being comparable across projects. Saved as a dashboard template with your standard tag categories, every new consultation starts from your structure, and only the content changes.

The same logic applies to documents: a results report with fixed sections, an executive summary in your house format.

Use a template

  1. Click the + button below the message box and expand LibraryTemplates. The badge next to each name shows the artifact type it creates.
  2. Pick one — the Co-Pilot creates a new artifact in the template's format and fills it from the data in your current scope.
  3. The result opens on the canvas, where you can refine it in the chat like any other artifact.

Or type / at the start of the message box and filter by name.

Save a new template

When an artifact has the structure you want to repeat, describe that structure as a template: open the + menu, choose Add to library... at the end of the Library section, and pick the template type. Spell out the sections, categories and ordering — the parts that must stay identical every time.
