What is deliberAIde?
How deliberAIde is organised — projects, events, sessions and discussions — and how a recorded conversation becomes documents and dashboards you can trust.
deliberAIde records or imports real discussions — a citizens' forum, a workshop, a team meeting — and turns them into transcripts, answers and documents in which every statement links back to the exact place it was said. You capture the conversation; the Co-Pilot helps you make sense of it.
Finding your way around
deliberAIde has three parts, always in the same places:
- The sidebar (left) — your chats, your projects, the quick actions (New task, Record discussion, Upload discussions, Invite participants), notifications and your organisation.
- The Co-Pilot — the chat. Pick a scope (one discussion, a session, an event or a whole project) and ask questions about it.
- The canvas — where everything opens, side by side with your chat: your projects and discussions, transcripts, and the documents and dashboards the Co-Pilot creates.
How your work is organised
Everything lives in a four-level structure:
- Project — the overall initiative, e.g. "Riverside Park Citizen Dialogue".
- Event — one occasion within it, e.g. "Community Forum – March".
- Session — a block within an event, e.g. "Morning breakout round".
- Discussion — one actual conversation: a single recording, upload or guest submission. This is where the transcript lives.
You don't have to plan this structure up front. The quick actions create discussions immediately and file them under Quick sessions — you can move them into a project any time.
From conversation to insight
- Capture — record live in the browser, upload audio files or transcripts, or let invited guests record themselves.
- Processing — deliberAIde transcribes, anonymises personal data and prepares the discussion for analysis. See How long does processing take?
- Ask — chat with the Co-Pilot about one discussion or many; answers carry citations you can click to jump to the transcript.
- Create — the Co-Pilot writes documents, theme dashboards and more on the canvas.
