Take the guided tour

You can replay the guided tour at any time from the ? button in the bottom-right corner. A welcome dialog offers it on your first sign-in — click Get started to begin or Skip tour to decline. Replaying it is the fastest refresher when something in the app feels unfamiliar again.

Replay the tour

1. In the bottom-right corner, click the ? button.
2. In the menu that opens, click Help.
3. Under Guides & tutorials, find the Onboarding Tour card.
4. On the card, click Replay. The tour takes you back to your start page and highlights the first step.

Move forward with Next; leave at any point with Skip — nothing is lost, and you can replay again later.

What the tour covers

The tour is hands-on: you click through real screens instead of watching slides.

• The Co-Pilot — you send your first message and see how it answers.
• The quick actions — creating discussions, uploading recordings and inviting participants.
• Sending feedback — the tour walks you once through the feedback form behind the same ? button.
• How work is organised — you click down through the sample project: project, event, session, discussion.
• Scope — you widen the Co-Pilot's view from one discussion to a whole event.
• A full analysis — the finale: you run a workflow that produces a dashboard, a summary document and a graphic recording.

The tour uses the sample project as its playground, so everything you click is safe demo data.
