Print QR handouts for tables
Download all QR codes for an event as one ZIP, print one slip per table, and know what to write on each slip.
One click downloads every QR code for your event as a ZIP of printable PNG files — one per active invite link, sorted into folders.
- From your event, open Invite participants.
- Create the links you need: one shared link for the whole room, or one link per table named after the table (for example "Table 4").
- In the Existing invite links section, select Download all QR codes (ZIP). Your browser saves one PNG per active link, sorted into a folder per session plus an event-level folder; per-table links are named after the table's discussion. Inactive links are left out.
- If you need a single code instead, select QR code on the link's card, then Download PNG.
- Print one slip per table. The platform draws each link's name onto its QR card, so slips from well-named links come out of the printer already labelled — see below when handwriting is still needed.
- Test one slip with your own phone: scan it with the camera — the slip works when the guest welcome page opens.
What to write on each slip
Each QR card already shows its link's name, printed on the card itself — so what you add by hand depends on how you created the links:
- With one link per pre-named group (a link that points to one specific discussion, or Pre-named slots in quick sessions): the table or group name is already printed on the card — no hand-labelling needed. Guests type nothing; just hand each slip to the table whose name it shows.
- With one shared link: every slip carries the same link name, and every phone in the room scans the same code — the group name guests type is the only thing that separates the recordings. Write the exact group name on each slip by hand; the table number is easiest ("Table 5", "Table 6", …).
In short: hand-label only slips whose printed name doesn't already say where they belong.
