Create an account and sign in

Create your account from an invitation link, sign in, and reset your password if you forget it.

You need three things to create your account: the link from your invitation email, a display name and a password of at least 8 characters — after that you land straight in the app. The link pre-fills your email address and invitation code, and your account joins your team's organisation.

Create your account

Account creation is currently by invitation. Open the link in your invitation email — your email address and invitation code are pre-filled. Enter your display name, choose a password of at least 8 characters, and click Create account. You are signed in, and a welcome dialog offers you the guided tour.

Sign in

  1. On the sign-in page, enter your Email and Password.
  2. Click Sign in. Your start page opens with the chat and your projects.

Forgot your password?

  1. On the sign-in page, click Forgot password?.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Click Send reset link.
  4. Open the link in the email you receive.
  5. In the New password field, enter a new password and confirm it.
  6. Click Reset password. A confirmation appears; click Sign in and log in with your new password.
