Quick Sessions: your unfiled work

Where quick-action discussions land, how to filter what's yours, and how to move sessions into projects.

Everything you create with a quick action lands on the Quick Sessions page — you never have to set up a project first. When you use Record discussion, Upload discussions or Invite participants in the sidebar, deliberAIde wraps the result in a lightweight session and files it here.

What you see

Open Quick sessions in the sidebar. Each card is one session; expand it to see the discussions inside. A quick session behaves like any other session — you can record, upload, invite and analyse without ever moving it.

Finding yours

  • Mine shows sessions you created; Shared shows sessions others gave you access to; All shows both.
  • With discussions and Empty separate real work from leftover empty sessions — empty ones are safe to delete.
  • Each card carries a visibility badge — Personal, Shared or Organisation — so you know who else can see it. Visibility levels explains the difference.

Moving work into projects

Move a quick session once it belongs with a project's other work — its discussions and recordings move with it:

  • On a card, use the Move button (tooltip: "Move to project").
  • To move several at once, select their cards and click Move selected.

The step-by-step flow, including creating the target project on the fly, is in Move discussions into projects.
