What happens after you submit

See what happens to your recording after you submit it — and why you can close the page.

Once you see the Recording Complete! page, your part is done — you can safely close the browser tab. Your recording has already been uploaded; nothing on your phone is needed anymore.

Here is what happens next:

  • Your recording is transcribed and analysed, assisted by AI, so the organisers get a written record instead of hours of audio.
  • Personal data is anonymised according to the settings the organisers have chosen.
  • The organisers review the insights and use them in the event's results.

The page also shows the duration of your submitted recording, so you can quickly confirm the whole conversation was captured before you close it.

You can't reopen or edit a submitted recording from the invite link. If you said something you'd like removed, or your group submitted to the wrong discussion by mistake, tell the organisers — they manage the recordings and can act on it.

The results don't appear on your phone. The organisers decide what to share back with the group and when. And if your group wants to record another round, ask the organisers whether your link still works or whether you need a new one — some invite links are single-use.
