Workflows: multi-step procedures on demand

Saved procedures the Co-Pilot runs from start to finish — pick one and watch the steps complete.

A workflow is a saved multi-step procedure the Co-Pilot runs from start to finish the moment you pick it — no editing, no step-by-step supervision. Where a prompt is one ask, a workflow is a whole routine.

When a workflow earns its place

After every event, you produce the same package: a quick summary in the chat to check the material, then a full report document, a cover image for it, and one graphic recording per discussion in scope. Asked for one piece at a time, that is an afternoon of prompting. Saved as a workflow, it is a single pick from the menu — and the routine runs the same way for every event.

Good candidates: anything you do "always after X" — post-session wrap-ups, weekly status packages, publication prep.

Run a workflow

  1. Set your scope first — the workflow works with what the Co-Pilot can currently see.
  2. Click the + button below the message box, expand LibraryWorkflows, and pick one. It starts right away.
  3. Progress appears in the chat step by step, so you can see which stage is running and what has finished.
  4. Everything the workflow produces — documents, images, dashboards — lands on the canvas next to the chat.

Or type / at the start of the message box and filter by name.

Save a new workflow

Open the + menu, choose Add to library... at the end of the Library section, and pick the workflow type. Write the procedure as numbered steps in the order they should run — one output per step keeps progress readable.
