Switch between organisations

Most people belong to a single organisation and never see the organisation switcher — this article only applies if your account is a member of several. In that case, you switch from the profile menu at the bottom of the sidebar; the switcher only appears when your account belongs to more than one organisation.

Switch the active organisation

1. At the bottom of the sidebar, click your name.
2. In the menu, under Switch organisation, click the organisation you want to work in. Each entry shows the organisation's name, your role in it, and a check mark next to the active one.
3. A confirmation appears — Switched to, followed by the organisation's name — and the sidebar reloads with that organisation's projects.

What changes when you switch

Everything that belongs to an organisation follows the switch:

• Projects, events, sessions and discussions — the sidebar and your projects overview show only the active organisation's work.
• Co-Pilot conversations — each conversation stays with the organisation it was started in.
• Organisation settings — each organisation has its own defaults and its own team.
• Your role — you can be an admin in one organisation and a member in another, so your permissions may change.

Your personal account does not change: interface language and password stay the same everywhere.

If you don't see the switcher

Your account belongs to a single organisation. To work in another one, ask an admin of that organisation to add you as a member.
