Prompts: save your best asks

Turn a recurring question or instruction into a saved message you insert, adapt and send.

A prompt is a saved ask — a question or instruction you use again and again, inserted into the message box with one click. It lands as an editable message, not a sent one, so you can adapt names, dates or details before pressing Enter.

When a prompt earns its place

You ask the same carefully worded question across projects: "Where do participants disagree most strongly, and has anything shifted since the last session?" Reconstructed from memory, the wording drifts — and with it the answers. Saved as a prompt, every project gets exactly the question that works, and the answers stay comparable.

Good candidates: any ask you have typed three times, instructions with hard-won phrasing ("always quote the strongest counter-argument"), and standard openers your team should use.

Insert a prompt

  1. Click the + button below the message box and expand LibraryPrompts.
  2. Pick a prompt — its text drops into the message box.
  3. Adjust whatever needs adjusting, then send.

Faster with the keyboard: type / at the start of the message box and filter your prompts by name.

Save a new prompt

Just got a great answer? Save the ask that produced it: open the + menu, choose Add to library... at the end of the Library section, and pick the prompt type. Paste the message verbatim — the phrasing that worked is the asset.
