What is the library?
Your organisation's reusable building blocks for the Co-Pilot — prompts, templates, workflows and skills — and where to find them.
The library holds your organisation's reusable building blocks for working with the Co-Pilot. The question you spent weeks refining, the report structure your team trusts, your own analysis method — saved once, reused by everyone, instead of being retyped from memory (slightly differently) each time.
The four item types
- Prompts — saved asks that drop into the message box, ready to edit and send.
- Templates — blueprints tied to an artifact type, so new documents or dashboards start from your structure.
- Workflows — multi-step procedures the Co-Pilot runs from start to finish.
- Skills — your own expertise, encoded so the Co-Pilot works the way you do.
Where to find it
Click the + button below the message box and expand the Library section. Your items are grouped by type — Prompts, Templates, Workflows, Skills — and a System badge marks built-in items that ship with deliberAIde. At the end of the section sit the two management entries: Add to library... saves a new item, and Manage library... opens the Library manager, where you edit, duplicate or delete existing ones.
Two ways to use an item
- Pick it yourself: choose it from the + menu, or type / at the start of the message box and keep typing to filter your items by name.
- Just ask: name it in plain words in the chat — "Use my conflict-analysis skill on this session" — and the Co-Pilot applies the item for you.
Personal or shared with your team
In the Library manager, every item you own is either Personal (only you see and use it) or Organisation (available to your whole team). A practical rhythm: save new items privately, refine them over a few real uses, then use Change visibility to share the polished version.
