Upload audio and video files

You can upload up to 50 audio files at once, each up to 500 MB, and every file becomes its own discussion. The upload area accepts MP3, WAV, AAC, FLAC, OGG and M4A. Video files are not accepted directly — save the audio track in one of these formats first (most phones, editors and media players can export MP3 or M4A), then upload that.

1. In the sidebar under Quick actions, click Upload discussions.
2. In the left panel, drag your files onto Drop files here — or click the area to browse. To add a written transcript instead of audio, switch to the Transcript tab first.
3. In the right panel, type a discussion name for each file — or leave it empty to use the file name.
4. Click Upload all. The files move to In progress, and processing continues even if you leave the page.

When a file finishes, it appears under Completed and as a discussion in Quick sessions in the sidebar — open it to read the transcript and ask the Co-Pilot about it. The notification bell reports every finished or failed file, so you don't need to keep the page open. Add to an existing discussion

You don't have to create a new discussion for every file — you can add audio to one you already have. Open the discussion and click Upload in the header; deliberAIde asks for an audio file and appends it as new content, processed just like the original recording.

For a whole batch at once, a session's Bulk upload lets you map each file to a discussion — choose Add to existing discussion in the Map to discussions step instead of creating a new one.
