Find your way around Settings
What lives in each settings section — personal preferences, security and notifications for everyone, plus the organisation sections for admins.
Open Settings from the profile menu: click your name at the bottom of the sidebar and select "Settings". The left column groups everything into Personal — visible to everyone — and Organisation, which only people with the Admin or Owner role can see.
Personal settings — for every account
| Section | What you can do there |

| Preferences | Switch the interface language between English, German and Spanish. |
| Security | Change your password, see which account you are signed in with, and sign out. |
| Notifications | Choose which in-app notifications you receive. |
Personal changes take effect right away — there is nothing to save.
Organisation settings — Admins and Owners only
| Section | What you can do there |
|---|---|
| Organisation | Delete the organisation (with a typed confirmation). Creating new organisations is reserved for platform administrators. |
| Transcription | Set which languages are spoken in your recordings and adjust privacy options for speech recognition. |
| Team | Add members with a role, and send invitation emails. |
| Branding, Billing, Integrations | Marked Soon — not available yet. |
Transcription changes are only applied after you click Save changes at the top; actions under Team and Organisation take effect immediately when you confirm them.
If you have the Member or Viewer role, the Organisation group does not appear — ask an Admin when an organisation-wide setting needs changing. Admins can also lock individual fields so that they apply to the whole organisation; locked fields show a lock icon.
