Recording your discussion

You control the whole recording from one screen: tap Start recording to begin and Stop & Submit to finish. Your recording is only submitted when you confirm.

Keep the browser tab open for the entire recording. If you try to leave the page mid-recording, the browser warns you that your recording will be lost.

1. On the recording screen, tap Start recording.
2. Speak naturally — the timer in the top bar counts your recorded time.
3. If your group takes a break, tap the square pause button at the bottom. The status changes to Paused and the timer stops.
4. Tap the same button again to continue. The status returns to Recording.
5. When the discussion is over, tap Stop recording.
6. In the End Recording? dialog, tap Stop & Submit. The dialog shows your recorded time — if you're not done yet, tap Keep recording instead.
7. Wait while the recording uploads. The Recording Complete! page confirms your recording was submitted.

Two things worth knowing while you record:

• Short connection drops fix themselves. A notice appears and the page reconnects automatically — just keep the tab open.
• Once the first sentences are transcribed, a View button appears. Tap it to see the live transcript of your discussion; tap again to hide it.
