When the Co-Pilot asks before acting

The Co-Pilot never restructures your workspace on its own. Before it creates projects, events, sessions or discussions, it shows a Review setup card and waits for your approval. And when information is missing, it asks you instead of guessing.

Questions during a task

When the Co-Pilot needs input, a Questions card appears in the chat. The questions are multiple-choice: for each one, pick an option (some let you pick several). If none fit, open Other and type your own answer there. Use Skip for questions that do not apply, then click Submit answers. Your answers steer the rest of the task.

The card shows one question at a time — move through them with Previous and Next, or click Show all questions to see and answer the whole list at once. If you hid the card, bring it back with Reopen questions.

You do not have to wait for the card — you can ask for the interview yourself. Try "Interview me about my goals for this event before proposing a setup": the Co-Pilot runs the same questionnaire proactively, a handy way to surface decisions you have not made yet while planning.

Approving a setup

The Review setup card is marked Required — nothing is created until you decide. Before you click Approve, check three things:

• The counts. Badges such as Projects, Sessions and Discussions show how much will be created. Do they match what you asked for?
• The preview. Every planned item is listed with its name and nesting. Are both correct?
• Notes and the Risk warning line at the bottom of the card.

Not sure? Click Not now — nothing is created, and you can refine your request in the chat first.

A proposed setup can also open in the canvas as a Setup blueprint, where you inspect the same items in full detail.

The working plan

For larger tasks the Co-Pilot first lays out a Working plan with individual steps. Read it the same way you read a setup preview: the steps tell you what the Co-Pilot is about to do before it does it. If a step is not what you want, say so in the chat before it runs.
