Meet your Co-Pilot

The Co-Pilot is deliberAIde's built-in AI assistant: ask it questions about your recorded discussions and it answers with numbered source references you can check. It can also draft documents, dashboards, plans, and images from what participants actually said — every claim links back to an original contribution — and even set up whole project structures for you.

Where it lives

The Co-Pilot sits in the chat panel beside your work — on your projects overview and in every discussion view. If you only see a narrow strip, click Expand panel to open it. Collapse panel tucks it away when you need the full width.

Ask your first question

The Co-Pilot answers from the discussions in its working scope — so give it one first:

1. Open the discussion you want to ask about — the chat anchors itself to it automatically. On your projects overview, instead click the Scope chip below the message box and choose a project, event, session, or discussion (how scopes work).
2. In the chat panel, click the message box ("How can I help you today?").
3. Type one specific question — for example, "What were the main concerns about the budget?"
4. Press Enter. With a working scope in place, the answer appears in the panel with numbered source references you can click to read the original contributions.

Let it draft for you

The Co-Pilot can also produce documents, dashboards, plans, and images. Ask for what you need — "Draft a summary of this session" — and the result opens on the canvas next to the chat. Claims in those drafts carry the same clickable source references as chat answers. It can even set up whole projects, events, and sessions: it proposes the structure on a Review setup card and builds it only after you approve. See Ask the Co-Pilot instead of clicking.

Start fresh for a new topic

Old context can blur new answers. When you change topics, click the plus button below the message box and choose New task for this scope. You get a clean chat for the new question.

Edit and resend a message

Sent the wrong question, or want to rephrase? Click your own message in the chat — it becomes editable. Change the text, click the send button (Send), and pick one of the Resubmit options:

• Revert then resubmit — rewinds the conversation to that point and runs your edited message from there; best when the answers after it built on the wrong wording.
• Continue without reverting — keeps everything as it is and sends the edited message as a new one; best when the later answers are still worth keeping.

Find your past chats

Every Co-Pilot chat is saved as a task in the left sidebar. Filter the list with This scope, This project or All, or type in Search tasks... to find one by name. Hover a task to rename it (the pencil) or delete it; click it to reopen the chat and pick up where you left off.

Dictate instead of typing

Rather speak your question? Click the microphone button (Start voice input) next to the message box and talk — your words are transcribed into the message box, where you can edit them before sending.

Let the Co-Pilot search the web

Need context beyond your discussions? Turn on the Web toggle in the toolbar below the message box. The Co-Pilot then also searches the public web and can back its answer with web sources, shown separately from your discussion citations — a web source opens in your browser rather than in a contribution.
